The RSM will be responsible of the sales of IXBLUE Test tables and simulators for design, production and maintenance of Motion systems, MEMS, Gyroscopes, accelerometers and Inertial Systems. Customers are working in various industries such as Defense, Aeronautics, Space, automotive, research etc..
The RSM main focus is to prospect very actively new customers in Europe and Russia while maintaining the existing ones. Some travels to USA are also expected.
Main Activities:
1/Sales Activity
o Responsible for the company sale budget in region
o Support and develop existing clients
o Develop new business opportunities through effective networking and Prospection
o Prepare tenders and pre-qualification tenders.
o Co-ordinate the targeting of new areas of business.
o Prepare quotations and system proposals
o Negotiate commercial conditions
o Plan and co-ordinate sensor and system demonstrations
o Prepare and carry out technical sales presentations with help of BDM's and product managers
o Liaise with Technical Support when required, to ensure all clients are given required attention.
o Appoint, manage and support agents and distributors to best achieve the company’s sales targets
o Liaise with the technical teams and iXblue Divisions on each project requirements.
o Attend conferences and exhibitions
o Attend corporate events
2/Analysis, Reporting & Communication
o Deliver regular and accurate reporting and forecasting and maintain up to date customer records and sales database in CRM
o Sales Action Plan
o Opportunity Precise Mapping for complex sales and tenders
o Contribute to the wider sales team’s knowledge base and communicate regularly with wider European and Global sales team through the Divisional Sales organisation
o Prepare weekly reporting to management
Compliance and Procedures
o Follow the company’s quality and other procedures; understand and comply with relevant export controls
Proven track record in a technical sales role
2 years sales experience minimum
English fluent
German, Russian or French would be a +
