iXBlue is looking for a Support Engineer located in NATICK.
Your main assignments are:
- Represent the Customer inside iXBlue/ iXBlue in front of customers
- Follow support procedures and processes, JIRA tracking software
- Technical support to sales team, including pre-sale and after sales
- Open and follow-through of all Hot-line, Hot-mail and customer resquests
°Prepare projects specifications
°Analyzing, interpreting, testing, evaluationg, reporting on the customer questions, resquet for information and date
-On-site support to Customer:
° Equipment installations / Training / commissionning / demos
° North American (NORAM) greographical zone and occasionally outisde
° Up to 110 days a year
- Document and provice experience retunr to follow up on claims within JIRA DATABASE
-Participation in all maintenance activities
-Continuous internal and self-training on all related iXBlue products
-Back office support and support tools enhancement
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree / Master degree in relevant domain of envineering / electrical / mecahnical. Relevant work experience.
- Experience with Inertial Navigation Systems (INS), marine electronics or integration of sensors in marine survey environement will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrates service-oriented attitude, providing successful product support for customer satisfaction
- Self motivated and technically curious approach to work
- Excellent verbal and writtend communication
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to think and work intependently, to analyse and repair equipment both remotely and onsite
- Must be willing to travel up to 110 days a year (local and overseas)
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full time basis
Technical training will be provided prior to start work in Boston
