Description :
• iXBlue and divisions representative in front of customers,
• Representative of customer inside iXBlue,
• Follow all support procedures and processes,
• Open and follow-up on Hot-line, Hot-mail and customer requests,
• All equipment installations / demos / onsite support,
• Assure support in the geographical zone and occasionally outside this zone,
• Work with others in the global support team as required,
• Write and archive report after all missions in JIRA software.
Profile :
• A degree in Electrical or Electronic,
• 2 to 4 years of work experience in a technical support role,
• Experience with Inertial Navigation Systems (INS), marine electronics or integration or sensors in Marine survey, dynamic positioning (DP), and/or metrology fields,
• Strong customer orientated attitude and proactive nature,
• Self-motivated, technically curious, working attitude,
• Communicate fluently in English and Dutch,
• Strong analytical thinker, able to independently analyze iXBlue Equipment,
• Must be willing to travel up to 110 days a year (local and overseas).
